Wrap-Up | What I Read in February 2022

Hello friends!

How are you doing? I hope well! Today I’m bringing you all the books I read in February. Was it a good month? I would say yes, but not a perfect one. And the reason why I say this is because (once again) I failed to read all the books from my TBR. But on a positive note, I still read a good amount of books.

To be honest, I think using monthly TBR lists is not working for me at the moment. So for now, I’ll have the freedom to grab whatever I want, whenever I want. I’ll probably get back to this system in the future, but in case you’re waiting for my March TBR post… I don’t think that will happen in the near future. Let’s take it a month at a time, and I’ll see how I feel this month without a reading guide.

Ok, now let’s get started! Here are the books I planned on reading in February:

  1. The Hunting Party by Lucy Foley ✅
  2. House of Salt and Sorrows by Erin A. Craig ✅
  3. Sapphique (Incarceron #2) by Catherine Fisher ✅
  4. Disclaimer / Pura Coincidência by Rennée Knight ✔️
  5. Heir of Blood and Secrets by Linda Xia ✅

So from all the books I planned on reading this month, I read 1 of 5 – I wish I read more from my original TBR, but it’s okay. So here’s what I actually read in the month of February, planned and unplanned:

  1. Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kyosakiu: 5/5⭐
  2. Disclaimer by Renée Knight: 4/5⭐
  3. Atomic Habits by James Clear: 5/5⭐
  4. Eat That Frog! by Brian Tracy: 3/5⭐
  5. Multiplique o Seu Dinheiro by Ariana Nunes: 5/5⭐
  6. White Bodies by Jane Robins: 3.25/5⭐
  7. How To Be Better At Almost Everything by Pat Flynn: 2.5/5⭐

Overall, I was happy with all the books I read! I think the main reason why I didn’t pick the other books from my TBR list is because I’m currently in a big non-fiction mood (as you can see by the books I read). I think I needed a little break from fiction. The question is: is that break over? We’ll see what happens in March without a TBR List! Fingers crossed 🙂

Let me know how your reading month was 🙂 Thank you for reading, I’ll see you guys later!
