Well helloooo there hot stuff!
I hope you’re having an amazing start of the year! Today I’m bringing you all the books I read in December. So… this didn’t go as planned *nervous laughter*. And the problem wasn’t the number of books I read, but how I didn’t read what I planned to (again).
I started two of the books, but I wasn’t feeling them, so I ended up switching my planned reads for other books. But one thing at the time, here are the books I planned on reading in December.

I Am Malala by Malala YousafzaiAll the Tides of Fate (All the Stars and Teeth #2) by Adalyn GraceOur Chemical Hearts by Krystal SutherlandBefore the Coffee Gets Cold (Before the Coffee Gets Cold #1) by Toshikazu KawaguchiL’Anomalie by Hervé Le Tellier- Heartstopper: Volume 1 (Heartstopper #1) by Alice Oseman: 5/5⭐
So from all the books I planned on reading this month, I read 1 of 6, which was terrible! I’m truly embarrassed with myself, because it seems like I can’t get keep up with my goals. I’m going to make an effort and I’ll do my best for the following months. Now here’s what I actually read.

- Heartstopper: Volume 1 (Heartstopper #1) by Alice Oseman: 5/5⭐
- Heartstopper: Volume 2 (Heartstopper #2) by Alice Oseman: 5/5⭐
- Heartstopper: Volume 3 (Heartstopper #3) by Alice Oseman: 5/5⭐
- Heartstopper: Volume 4 (Heartstopper #4) by Alice Oseman: 5/5⭐
- You Are a Badass at Making Money by Jen Sincero: 4.5/5⭐
- Badass Habits by Jen Sincero: 4.5/5⭐
- How to Stop Time by Matt Haig: 3.25/5⭐
- Little Lies by H. Hunting: 3.5/5⭐
- The House With Chicken Legs by Sophie Anderson: 4.75/5⭐
As you can see, I still read a good amount of unplanned books! I’m so happy I finally started the Heartstopper series, because I completely fell in love with it! I hope I’ll get my hands on the last volume As you can see, I still read a good amount of unplanned books! I’m so happy I finally started the Heartstopper series, because I completely fell in love with it! I hope I’ll get my hands on the last volume when it comes out 🙂 I also read and reread two Jen Sincero books, a Matt Haig’s book and two lighter books (Little Lies and The House With Chicken Legs). As you can see, my lowest ratings were 3.25 and 3.5, and all the other books were higher – including four 5 star reads – so overall it was a very positive month!
I’m a bit sad I didn’t get to read my planned books, but I’m definitely working on creating more balanced monthly TBR lists. I have a good feeling for January, because I’m going to make an effort to achieve my goals!
Let me know how your reading month was 🙂 Thank you for reading, I’ll see you guys later!
